Strengths Lab is an interactive, action-focused workshop for Strengthscope® Practitioners (Accredited Partners).

Whether you are a Practitioner serving inside an organization (HR/L&D/etc.) or as a consultant/coach/trainer for a variety of companies, Strengths Lab will give you the tools to grow beyond information and into action.

Strengths Lab is a 1.5-day immersive experience that picks up right where certification leaves off—helping you take all the great data you learned and grow it into practical success!

Our promise: you'll leave Strengths Lab feeling energized and excited, knowing exactly how to approach, present, and deliver a Strengthscope-based engagement that meets a real need your organization or client has.

“The purpose of a pitch isn’t necessarily to move others immediately to adopt your idea. The purpose is to offer something so compelling that it begins a conversation, brings the other person in as a participant, and eventually arrives at an outcome that appeals to both of you.”

by Daniel H. Pink

Frequently Asked Questions

"Should I come to this?"

In a word, YES. Offerings like this are one key differentiator of the Strengthscope® community over other assessment-providers — we are obsessed with helping our Partners not just know the tool inside and out, but know how to present it in a way that engages the people you want to use it!

"What will I need to bring?"

To attend Strengths Lab, you do have to first be a certified Strengthscope® Practitioner, so you can bring all that knowledge. Beyond that, all you have to bring is a current situation you're pondering about how to use Strengthscope® in a real-life situation—in your organization or with a client. A big part of the Lab will be helping you leave with an action plan to navigate that scenario!

"I was at the last one; should I come again?"

Absolutely. We change up our content slightly every time to make sure it's fresh, but more than that, your business has grown and evolved since the last event. Because you always bring your most current situation into the Strengths Lab community, it'll always be relevant for exactly what you're dealing with.

"When is it / where is it?"

Strengths Lab happens the 1.5 days immediately following our Live Practitioner training. (Click here to see the dates for our next Live training.) We currently hold these sessions at the beautiful Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego.

Be warned: it's so gorgeous, you may not want to leave...

"What's in it for me?"

Great question! At the end of Strengths Lab you'll have:

  • A specific action plan custom-tailored to a real-life situation of your choosing
  • A Mastermind Group to ensure you stay on track with your action items
  • A phenomenal community of like-minded, passionate strengths practitioners
  • A packaged “lunch and learn” program you can use to generate interest in strengths
  • The Strengths Lab Playbook, a guide for utilizing the Strengthscope® product suite

"What if I'm not yet certified?"

No problem! We've built this whole event around a Live Training so you can just come to that and stay...! (Click here or the LEARN MORE button below.) In many ways, this is the best way to get certified—you'll learn about the tools and then immediately follow that up with a specific action plan to immediately begin seeing the return on investment of your training time and money.

If you're already a certified Strengthscope® Practitioner and want to join us for the Lab, just go here (you'll have to log in).
